问题描述：05返回的就是读数据超时如果间隔改成1000ms就会成功正常板卡间隔5ms,10ms都能成功相当于驱动芯片的硬件启动时间长了很多原来ms级别就能启动，现在至少要1s35PCS中有12PCS响应时间>1S 不良原因基本上都是这个问题
