最近发现大批产品出现CC1000无波形异常，通过分析发现重新焊接该芯片引脚L1、L2间电焊可恢复正常，但重新焊接前检查未发现焊接不良。不知为何重新焊接可以改善，不知原因为何？
这种情况多半是没焊接好。你是手焊还是贴片？还有请问你是如何检查焊接不良情况的？
这个问题属于VCO失锁问题。L1,L2必须要绕线电感，并且Q值要高，精度要高。
