常用安卓开发环境即可，比如说Java SE Development Kit
TI对apps没有什么支持，你可以使用已经编译好的试试，通常要到google play上下载
因为莫种原因，才搭好Ecilpse（加ADT费了不少功夫~），我能用Ecilpse来编译吗？
抱歉，APPS的问题，TI提供的只是参考，没有这方面的支持。
还是装SDK吧，还有模拟器可用
其实主要问题是你应该换成CC3100 或CC3200，不要再用CC3000了。
