自己焊接的很多块CC1101的板子,在CC1101进行上电复位:拉低CSN,等待SO变低(CHIP_RDYn),但是SO始终是高电平,导致上电死机在这边,很多块板子都是这样,请问下这是为什么啊??

请问有严格按照这个时序吗?(P51 on CC1101 datasheet)。可以用示波器测一下Crystal有没有跑起来。
另外请检查布板是否CSN连接上有大电容存在。
Set SCLK = 1 and SI = 0, to avoid
potential problems with pin control mode
(see Section 11.3).
Strobe CSn low / high.
Hold CSn low and then high for at least 40
µs relative to pulling CSn low
Pull CSn low and wait for SO to go low
(CHIP_RDYn).
Issue the SRES strobe on the SI line.
When SO goes low again, reset is
complete and the chip is in the IDLE state.
