任何一个通信系统或标准都会对时钟提出要求的，在器件选型的时候，就要根据这些值对osc/xtal做选择。
一般来讲，在规格书中也有对xtal的精度做了要求。这个就应该是精度、温飘和aging的总和要在这个范围内。
