本人在网上买的CC1310的芯片,不是官方的,在使用的时候电源一不稳定,芯片就坏掉了,请问,TI有没有专门对应1310的电源芯片??

芯片本身宽电压1.8-3.8V范围工作,可以直接接电池,内部有DCDC和LDO, 默认用的DCDC
如果想自己外加电源芯片的话,推荐TPS62740, 360nA 静态电流,最高支持到300mA,足以满足要求,还不够的话TPS62742最大到400 mA.
谢谢回复,如何切换到LDO呢,我在手册上看到If internal DC-DC is not used, this pin is supplied internally from the main LDO。意思是 把DCDC引脚悬空就切换到LDO了吗?
以CC2640为例,
1. 软件上,在ccfg.c文件下把下面两个宏定义都改成0x1,关掉DCDC充电,重新编译下载

2. 硬件上,DCDC_SW脚悬空,VDDS_DCDC加10uF以上去耦电容接VDDS,所有VDDR脚上接10uF电容,布板放的离管脚越近越好,如附件最小电路
3. 用内部LDO, 效率没有DCDC高,功耗会大。所以默认开DCDC, 一般情况不建议切换到内部LDO
谢谢回复,我在使用DCDC的时候由于电源供电的不稳定 会烧坏DCDC,但是切换到LDO就没问题,是不是LDO要比DCDC稳定呢?
