，问题如标题，同一个工程官板使用XDS110烧录out没问题,烧录hex却没有实验现象。自制板的话，全部都没有现象，使用XDS110直接在CCS里面烧录的话，官板和我的自制板都是没问题的。
应该是生成hex文件的设置不对
