步骤1：通过xds110方式把cc1310 launchpad开发板整个flash擦除。
2：串口收发接上板子Dio2和Dio3，Dio11接地
3、通过flash programmer2上位机选择串口号，然后选择cc1310f128型号（断电，复位也试过），点击读取flash数据或者写入flash数据，显示连接失败fail。
