在CC1310中，有不用操作系统实现定时器功能的么？能分享下经验么，在论坛中找了很久大部分都是采用RTOS的
在使用TI-RTOS时，比较简单的方式是直接使用操作系统自带的clock module。
如果不使用TI-RTOS，可以使用GPTimer的相关API，来实现定时器功能。具体的工作流程可以参考技术手册Chapter 13 Timer里的详细描述。
