You may have to do some modifications on the network between CC2510 and CC2592 compared to CC2538+CC2592 due to different PA in the two SoCs. I would add place holders for a series component on the RF_P/ RF_N line in addition to the place holder for a component between RF_P and RF_N.
The SMA connector is included to ease conducted measurements. In a design that should be included in a product a F antenna is more practical.
