ADC和timer2的运行都需要32Mhz晶振，但晶振稳定时间长且功耗大，
如果使用16Mhz会有什么影响？
（发现分别使用16Mhz和32Mhz采样时结果有误差但不太大）
ADC应该没有多大的影响，timer2的精度会变差。
