SmartRF进行CC1101的配置，通信速率是可以达到所配置
1,总是要有包头包尾，前导码什么的，建议参看package format在CC1101的数据手册里。而且包与包之间一定还有状态机的切换时候，所有payload thoughput肯定是要< datarate on air.
2.这个很难说，实际上你自己设计的报文还是要有这些内容的，到底有多少数据率要看你设计的报文格式啦
