小弟最近刚刚学CC1310 LaunchPad这块板子，还有很多不清楚的想请教各位大神，主要有以下两个问题
1.请问下该怎么实现printf 打印调试信息，应该要用哪个例子。我现在用的UART Echo的例子，使用printf,没有输出调试信息。
2.板卡上的跳线帽的作用，拆掉跳线帽代表什么意思？
