SmartRF Flash Programmer2有command line programmer类似的功能吗？

我想请问一下，TI有没有一款有command line Programmer类似功能的软件。我想通过用bat文件命令的方式去读取CC1310的mac地址，还有用命令去编译生成xxx.out或者xxx.hex的固件。Flash Programmer识别不了CC1310，不知道是不是操作不对。

有没有这方面的相关文档，或者告知详细的操作，谢谢！
