在导入mutex例程时不能导入，直接由sdk文件复制过来，打开以后出现如图得sys/bios文件夹是灰色，

这个文件应该是没有在CCS里设置使用。你的SDK版本是什么？我打开4.10版界面如下:
在导入例程时出现如下图所示情况，不能导入，例程显示为灰色
