设置CC1310工作在433频率是否只要以下两个步骤即可：
1：用RF Studio产生smartrf_seting.c和smartrf_seting.替换掉demo
2:easylink下，调用EasyLink_setFrequency，设置433M
软件上是否就上述两个操作即可？
