SDK中的C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_5_10_00_48\examples\rtos\CC1352P_2_LAUNCHXL\sysbios\bigtime用到了RTC
可以在C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_5_10_00_48\source\ti\devices\cc13x2_cc26x2\driverlib中找到RTC的驱动aon_rtc
