在项目中因为使用电磁互感取电，设计的电容较小，导致上电之后一直重启，无法稳定输出，
查阅资料想在开机时候调整主频来控制消耗，但是没找到，如果有API可以使用，麻烦指导一下。
因为使用到射频部分，需要使用48M晶振，所有需要后面晶振给RF使用
