使用官方例程：rfPacketErrorRate测试CC1310高速模式：高速模式的发送命令RF_cmdTxHS和接收命令RF_cmdRxHS里面无同步字设置字段，请问接收端能设置监听的同步字吗？发送端能设置发送的同步字吗？
HS mode只能使用HS API，HS mode不支持设置自己的同步字和前导码
