CC1312R: 使用两个线程中各有一个while（1），测试时只能有一个能一直正常运行。
现在的问题是我对TI0RTOS不太熟，想用NO-RTOS实现采集电量信息然后显示到OLED并且使用射频发送，但是对于TI的系统短时间内无法速成，想使用无系统的。希望能解答我的疑惑，或者有更好办法请赐教，不甚感激！
没有nortos的timer例程，如果一定要使用需要参考C:\ti\simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_10_00_29\source\ti\drivers中timer驱动代码自己修改
