1：你可以参考下Zigbee Specification 里面关于分包发送过程图，Figure 2.12 Successful Data Transmission with Fragmentation2，因为分包发送过程中是需要有确认的，而广播包是没有确认的，所以不支持广播
2：你方面可以把你抓到的包截个图看下码？
