CC3000是不是本身没有AP功能，手机不能直接连接CC3000。
只能是CC3000连接路由器，手机也连路由器，才能通读，而不能，让手机通过WIFI，直接连接CC3000（本身做AP），

03的命令是创建socket, 你需要wifi连接之后才能创建socket.
