CC2540在下载程序时可以锁住debug口，不能读出芯片内的程序，只有擦除整个芯片。
仅仅锁住debug口加密性似乎弱了一点，应该可以使用BT的MAC地址做一些加密处理吧。
up to you.应用级的加密，你可以在程序中判断芯片的唯一性，但我想会增加生产过程的复杂度。
