我买的开发板其他管脚都可以成功配置，就是P2_1管脚无论
P2_1=0;还是P2_1=1;最后都为0V~0.36V无法无法输出高电平
那是调试口，可能不能用作普通IO吧。。
可是手册中说它可以用作普通的IO口，当配置该管脚输出1时，仿真的时候测量该管脚为高电平，可是复位之后又成低电平了
