CC2540/CC2541 是否支持空中唤醒 广播功能？
有些场合的使用是没办法通过开关去启动广播。 如果能通过手机将BLE4.0外设唤醒，并开始广播就好了！

空中唤醒（WOR）是收发器的一个功能，指可以使收发器在没有MCU干预的情况下，周期性地醒来听一下看看有没有数据包。具体可参考AN047：http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra126b/swra126b.pdf
该功能并不适用于像CC2540、CC2541这样的SoC。
对于SoC，可以考虑设置使其周期性地醒来poll一下，也可以实现类似于空中唤醒的功能。
