如果CC3000在内网，手机在外网。
这时CC3000和手机如何建立tcp/ip连接? 就是CC3000可以做为socket客户端，而手机做为socket服务器端吗？

如果是这样的话，这说明你的手机在另外一个内网。你在互联网上需要一个tcp 服务器，手机和CC3000都连上这个服务器。
