1、设置CC1100的频率为433M
2、通过设置使CC1100发射载波，断电重启，通过频谱仪观测，载波开始的频率为432.92M 过了10秒左右，频率就变成433.12M，以后就稳定在433.12M
测下晶振的频偏看多大？是使用smartstudio测试的吗？TI DK板测试没有这个现象。
原来发射载波时，是把CC1100配置成直接同步模式，后来配置成FIFO模式就没有此问题了
