使用CC2541的开发板，在hal_flash.c中，HalFlashRead函数里，修改寄存器MEMCTR的语句，MEMCTR = (MEMCTR & 0xF8) | pg;在调试的过程中，其值不会改变，寄存器的值无法修改。但是在CC2540的开发板上用2540的程序就能修改。现不知问题出在哪里。
