官方的pcb文件用哪个版本打开啊？
CAD
CADSTAR或Altium Designer都行，建议下载最新版
用ultraedit 等文本工具打开*.pcb就可以看到使用的工具及版本。
如CC2530-2591EM的，使用的是CADSTAR 版本是11.0.0.3
