CC debugger 不能复位问题

我的cc debugger 升级固件后，用了几天，就出现按下按键，无法进行复位的问题，但是能成功连接到电脑上，并被识别。也能进入recovery模式，led正常闪烁，用其他debugger想重新写bootloader，识别不到，因为无法进行有效复位。测得reset管脚在按键按下的时候，会变成低电平，是不是芯片损坏啦？谢谢！
