您好，以前访问ti官网或者申请芯片时总是很流畅，没遇到什么问题。但是最近不知道是因为我们学校网络原因还是怎么了，浏览官网时有些地方芯片列表无法加载，有些可以。
申请芯片提交时也遇到一些问题
应该是TI中文网站的问题，英文网站是ok的
