cc2540 芯片能识别出来，但是下载程序说Flash擦除失败？
测量电压是2.78V 应该不是电压低的问题。
问题解决了，有两个问题。一个是背面焊盘没有接地，当接地后会出现芯片识别不了的现象。第二个现象是USB的地引脚和板子的地线没有连接，连接后能识别芯片并且正常下载。
