LP-CC1312r7的官方例程mcuboot_LP_cc1312r7和mcuboot_blinky_LP_cc1312r7可以编译，可以成功下载显示流水灯。但是按照串口速率配置3000000无法输出串口信息。请工程师验证一遍，看看是什么原因？  检查过官方的uart例程，芯片的uart口是可以正常工作的
