CC1310: 信号防干扰与屏蔽问题

    我们使用7mm*7mm CC1310HSM进行信号传输，频段为868MHz。目前在PCB设计中，DIO8、9、10、11被我们用作SPI接口，从芯片所在的TOP层过孔至BOTTOM层引出。目前我们计划先对模拟射频前端部分与CC1310芯片一起包裹在屏蔽罩内，但我们之前测试发现芯片SPI信号的高次谐波会对接收端模拟射频信号产生干扰，请提供参考屏蔽设计建议来避免此种干扰情况。
