CC1310: 挂机中遇到芯片烧坏

我在前一天晚上将芯片串上电流表挂功耗，挂了15小时是6uA，但是过一段时间，发现芯片已经发烫烧掉了，此时外部供电是3.2V，且无短路现象，但是芯片正负极已经是短路状态。挂机期间只有RF在工作，我们怀疑是内部LDO发热导致的，请问内部LDO的性能参数在哪，我没在手册里找到。
