smartRF studio 7出现无响应及升级固件失败的问题求解

将C51RF开发板装上CC1110单片机之后通过USB连接到PC，打开smartRF软件后，CC1110被识别，双击CC1110，弹出device control panel后随机无响应。平时在不连接硬件，通过offline模式打开绝大部分芯片的控制面板都无响应。

另外连接硬件后smartRF提示开发板固件版本需要升级。在取下开发板上的CC1110单片机以后选择升级固件时提示SmartRF04EB communication failed。

求解以上问题的原因。是否是硬件问题？
