在CC1101的数据包结构中，采用可变包长模式、启用目标地址过滤，那么数据包长是否包括了目标地址过滤的那个字节？
发现CRC的处理方式有以下4种：
00: CCITT01: CRC-16 (IBM)10: IEC-1611: Biacheva
CC1101的CRC16是否相当于CRC-16 (IBM) ？
