使用CC2538做协调器，cc2530做路由和终端

现在有一个需求，终端定时睡眠唤醒后和协调器交换数据，然后根据协调器发来的数据判断是进入下一次睡眠，还是始终保持唤醒状态，实时监听协调器随机发来的数据。
请问:
1.如何实现这个功能？现在的想法是在不需要进入睡眠时跑一个定时短的空任务是否可行？
2.是否只有在编译RFD_RCVC_ALWAYS_ON=TRUE的时候射频接收才是始终打开？能否在运行时由软件控制？
