使用rfWsnNodeIntFlashOadClient_CC1310_LAUNCHXL_tirtos_ccs例程，是否可以同时使用NVS_FLASH实现掉电保存，为什么我配置好HAL_IMAGE_A和HAL_IMAGE_B以及NVS_REGIONS_BASE的地址之后，NVS_open()之后合并bin文件烧录成功后，无法实现NVS功能？
