为什么Network_IF_GetHostIP会有错误呢
另外get_weather也没跑成功，如下图错误
外网服务器DNS解析失败，获取时间和天气的服务器时国外服务器，在国内无法访问，导致DNS解析失败，无法连接到服务器才出现的错误，
