“集线器端口上的电涌：一个USB设备超过其集线器端口的电源限制”，电脑上弹出这个提示后，板子就出问题了。刚弹出这个提示的时候板子还是好的，过一段时间就不能用了，RESET没反应，也不能烧录。求高手帮忙!我想知道是不是板子坏了，原因是什么。
