请问你看到Creat_Event和bios_start看到的是哪里的文档呢？
这是两种不同的API，BIOS API是TI RTOS里的， OSI API是CC3200 SDK里的，类似于一个OSAL，专门用在实时操作系统上。举个例子，如果选择osi_start，最后还是通过底层调用bios_start实现的。所以，如果你使用TI RTOS的话，直接用bios API即可
SYS/BIOS (TI-RTOS Kernel) v6.45 User's Guide的114页 有Event_create这个函数，现在想创建一个Event，发现Event.c里面有Event_pend和Event_post等函数，就是没有Event_create，请问这个函数在那个文件里面？
