我想用别的单片机或者上位机通过串口来给3200烧写固件，如果不用uniflash，请问有什么好办法？

单片机应该不可以。上位机有个思路，供参考：调用uniflash的命令行自己写上位机，不过这实在没有什么必要，直接用Uniflash就好

那如果想烧个新的程序，比如IAR工程编译出的bin文件，需要什么协议吗？
是不是随便找个spi flash烧录工具都可以，只要把flash的地址弄对就行?

uniflash有个gang programming的功能，就是先产生一个flash的IMAGE,然后你用烧录器直接可以烧FLASH。 先烧录再贴片。
