在最近的cc3200 开发中，利用udp把传感器采集的数据传送到web端。
我的想法是，设置一个定时器，定时udp socket 发呗。但是尝试几次，总是出现错误。
是不是，udp发送只能放到while（1）主循环中阻塞发。
最好不要在中断里面去操作WIFI，发送数据的API调用在task里面做，你可以通过标志位或者用task的通信来做也可以。
