安装官方的CC3200SDK软件库后，在安装的文件夹位置下，直接找到C:\ti\CC3200SDK_1.1.0\cc3200-sdk\docs 文档文件夹下，里面有CC3200的使用说明文档，
类似的像，CC3200-Peripheral_Driver_Library_User's_Guide.chm 等文件都在这个文件夹中。
