是否只安装了cc3200的，把安装目录下的Log 发出来
另外，重新下载下安装包试试。有可能安装包没下完全
你之前有安装过旧的版本吗？检查一下盘符权限和安装包是否完整等问题，另外，TI的某些软件建议安装在默认目录下。
