自己的程序CC3200测试时会出现socket发送较快，接收相对于发送要慢几毫秒。
这个可能和你的路由器、AP的参数有关，以及使用的环境，距离路由器及AP的距离，信号RSSI质量等，都会造成Socket发送和接收延迟的现象。
