就是256KB的ram支持1024*768或者640*480的输出吗

建议在CC3200和摄像头之间增加视频的Codec这样CC3200负责编解码后的视频传输工作，这样会使得视频的视频流增大，如果直接用CC3200驱动摄像头，M4内核处理任务较多，总之，看你对视频流的需求。
