默认是高电平还是低电平
如果没配置悬空在那里是高电平。
那我不用的引脚怎么配置呢？不想输出高电平。
如果不想输出高电平，在启动CC3200初始化过程中将引脚置低，让CC3200不用的引脚输出确定的低电平状态。
