1. 我通过smartConfig配置联网，手机app如果输入错误密码->start->stop->更改为正确密码密码->start是无效的，必须要重启设备再start才能连接，这是为什么？有没有不用重启设备的方法？

你可以在代码里面修改，如果在smartconfig设置后，一直连接失败，然后就再进入smart config模式等待配置
使用CC3200建议采用SmartConfig+ AP的方式，如果SmartConfig配置失败则转入 进行AP模式进行配置，增加产品的易用性
